Press Pause Yoga Day Timetable Sunday 04 Jul
This day includes a morning class, yoga nidra and two sessions that will include talks with practices.
The theme of many of the sessions revolves around this idea of how do we create a pause in life in order to realign with our true nature.
Suggestions will include tools for stilling the mind, including through heightened conscious engagement and awareness of sensory experience, opening the door for stillness to emerge.

and realign with your true nature through yoga
Often when we talk about awareness and becoming conscious the image appears of a ruminating mind and furrowed brow.
In yoga we are looking for the opposite of this, a way to still the mind, if only for a moment, to create a space from which we can see and observe clearly.
We benefit greatly from pressing pause on the tumbling events of everyday life and taking time to check in with ourselves immersed in yoga.
